Description:
Currently, when a Document Template is created and sent for approval with a document attached, the approved document is not available during the Send Template process. Users are required to upload the document again every time they send the template.

Expected Behavior:
Once a Document Template is approved, the same attached document should be automatically available when sending the template. Users should not have to upload the same document again each time. They should have the option to use the approved document by default, with the ability to replace it only if required.
