Short Description:

The system allows users to save a purchase even when the Product Quantity is set to 0. A purchase should not be created with zero quantity.

Steps to Reproduce:
Login to the application.
Navigate to Purchase → Add Purchase.
Add a product.
Set the Quantity to 0.
Fill in the remaining mandatory fields.
Click Save.
The purchase is saved successfully even though the product quantity is 0.
