Short description :

The Deals table displays separate 'Lead Name' and 'Contact Name' columns, but the Add Deal form only provides a field to select/enter Lead Name — there is no field to enter or select Contact Name. This creates a mismatch between what the table displays and what the form allows users to input, making it unclear how the Contact Name value gets populated.

Module : Deal (Contact Name field is present in grid but there is no field for contact name in deal page form)

Steps :

1.Navigate to the Deals page.
2.Click on the '+ Add Deals' button to open the Add Deal form.
3.Review all the fields available in the Add Deal form.
4.Note that only a 'Lead Name' field is present; there is no field for 'Contact Name'.
5.Close the form and open the Deals table.
6.Compare the columns shown in the table — both 'Lead Name' and 'Contact Name' columns are present.
7.Confirm the mismatch between the form fields and the table columns.

Actual Result :

Deals table has separate 'Lead Name' and 'Contact Name' columns, but the Add Deal form has no field to enter Contact Name. Mismatch found between form fields and table columns.

Expected Result :

Add Deal form should include a Contact Name field consistent with the 'Contact Name' column shown in the Deals table.
