Description

CRM → lead / Grid / Action-> 3 dot click -> lead Stage

Preconditions
Lead should be available in Lead Grid
User has permission to update lead stage

Steps to Reproduce
Go to Lead Grid
Click on Action (three dots icon) for any lead
Navigate to Lead Stage Page
Enter Follow-up Date and click Save → (First time save works fine)
Again change the Stage
Click Save

Actual Result
Error message displayed: "Lead update failed"
Stage update is not saved on second attempt

Expected Result
User should be able to update the lead stage multiple times without errors
Save action should work consistently
