Description

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the Sales module.
Click Add Sale.
Upload an image.
Delete the uploaded image.
Click Save.
Observe the Save button.
After deleting the uploaded image, the Save button enters a continuous loading state and the sale is not saved.
